Class for Kids & Watertots will be privy to your details and we promise to keep your data safe and private and not to share with third parties. On request you can withdraw consent and your information be deleted.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the General Data Protection Act (GDPR)

Data you give to us

When you register for Watertots the standard registration form is completed via Class for Kids with your personal details, any medical issues, parental consent and emergency contact numbers. These details will be stored in the Class for kids database system and our Watertots company phone.

We will contact you by text, e mail or phone call regarding

• New class term registration
• Class/time/teacher changes
• Day to day business
• Payment
• To follow up an incident/accident

Cancelling contact

You reserve the right to cancel contact from us at any time. To do this you must e-mail us to info@watertots.co.uk and we will complete this process by deleting all records.

How long will we keep records

We will keep your personal information for up to 7 years or as long as you are a client of Watertots.

Changes to your records

It is your responsibility to update your / your child's details if they change (particularly medical information).
